Terms
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms apply when you use CipherCloud, operated by SpringTech AI. If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence. Questions: sales@springtech.ai.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you believe is exposed.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant us the permission needed to store and process them to provide the service. Only upload documents you have the right to process.
Tokens and payment
- Extraction is billed in tokens; one token corresponds to one extracted field.
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and shown on the pricing section of this site.
- New accounts receive free trial tokens as described at sign-up.
Extraction results
Results are produced by automated OCR and AI models and include a confidence score for each field. They can contain errors. Review results — especially low-confidence ones — before relying on them for financial, legal or regulatory decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to process content you have no right to, to attack or overload the platform, or to attempt to access other workspaces.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision.
