CipherCloud is operated by SpringTech AI in Malaysia. This page explains what we collect when you use the platform, why, and the controls you have. Questions: sales@springtech.ai.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address and workspace membership.
• Documents you upload and the fields extracted from them.
• Billing records — token purchases and usage. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
• Operational logs — sign-ins, API calls and key actions, used for security, support and audit.

How documents are handled

• Documents are stored in object storage scoped to your workspace and encrypted at rest.
• Workspaces are isolated from one another; only members of your workspace and your API keys can access its documents.
• Documents are processed by OCR and AI models to extract the fields you asked for. Processing runs on infrastructure we operate first; where a fallback model provider is used, it is one we have selected and configured.
• You can delete documents and their extracted results at any time from the app or the API.

How we use data

We use your data to provide the service — extracting documents, routing low-confidence results for review, billing, security and support. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account data and documents. To close your account or request a copy of your data, contact us at the address above.
